Donika is a graduate of Willy Brandt School of Public Policy at the University of Erfurt. She is a fellow of Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (KAS- Foundation) and holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy with focus on International Relations and Public and Non-profit Management. She has graduated in Political Science at the University of Prishtina. Donika worked as a Researcher/ Project Manager at the Balkan Policy Institute in Prishtina, and her fields of expertise/research interests are: International Peace and Security Issues, Local Government Reform, Human Rights and Diversity management in Kosovo, Public Procurement and Consumer Protection, Anti-Corruption Reform in Kosovo, etc. She is currently cooperating with Kosovar Center for Security Studies to develop a regional analysis of security trends in the Balkan region.
